This policy explains what OA Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Cult Engine ("we", "us"), collects when you visit cultengine.com, and what we do with it.

1. What We Collect

Your email address, when you sign up for a free guide or our newsletter.
Your name, email, and the answers you give when you book a call.
Your payment details, when you buy. Stripe, Mercury, or Wise handles these; we never see or store your full card number.
How you use the site: pages you visit, your device and browser, your rough location, and how you found us. Cookies and similar tools collect this.

2. How We Use It

To send you the guide you asked for and our emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To prepare for and run the calls you book.
To deliver our services and bill you.
To see which pages work, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.

3. Tools We Use

MailerLite (email), Calendly (call booking), Stripe, Mercury, and Wise (payments), Wistia (videos), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (site analytics), and Google, Meta, X, and LinkedIn (ad measurement). Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

5. Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep your email while you are on our list, and client records while we work together and for as long as the law requires for billing.

7. Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected]. We reply within 3 business days.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.

01Do you work with my industry?

If your buyers are on LinkedIn or X, it can work. We find them by job title, industry and the accounts they follow. On the call we'll check if your buyers are actually there and tell you honestly.

02Will this work if I have a small audience (or no audience)?

Yes. One client went from 90 followers on X to close to 1M views. Another went from 90 followers and 0 clients to 2,000+ followers and 10 clients. You don't need an audience to start.

03How do you make the content sound like me and not like AI?

We start with an interview to learn your stories, opinions and how you explain things. Every post comes from your own experience. Our team writes and edits it and you approve it before it goes out.

04How much of my time does this take?

A short form and one onboarding call at the start. After that, you approve your posts and send us a quick voice note when something worth sharing happens. We handle everything else.

05How quickly will I see results?

Engagement usually goes up in the first few weeks and leads start coming in within the first month or two. It's faster if you already have an audience or a name in your niche.

06Do I have to sign a long contract?

You can go month by month. But results get better the longer we work together, so we recommend a longer commitment and longer commitments come with a discount.

07I've tried this before and it didn't work. What's different?

Posting alone rarely brings clients, because the right people never see it. So every day our team also comments on posts your buyers read, connects with them and follows up in DMs until they book a call.

08Should I be on X, LinkedIn or both?

It depends on where your buyers are. LinkedIn is best for targeting exact job titles and industries and X gets more organic reach. Both together work best and we'll tell you what fits you on the call.

09Do you need my login and is my account safe?

For X, you add us as a delegate, so we don't need your password. For LinkedIn, you share access through a password manager, so we never see it. No bots and we've never had a client account restricted.

10Can I get just the content?

Yes, we can shape the service around what you need. But the full system gives you the best chance of getting the results you want, so that's what we recommend.
